Updated Wedding Weekend Schedule

Hello everyone! Can you believe it’s almost time to head to Jackson? Less than three weeks until the wedding!

I just wanted to give you all a little more info on the weekend events in Jackson Hole (this is me multi-tasking). We’re still working out all the details, but below is the updated itinerary. This is not completed and subject to change (my lawyer disclaimer), but should give you a basic idea of when and where things are.

*PLEASE NOTE: The time of the rehearsal dinner has changed! Jackson Hole Mountain Resort just informed us that they’ve changed their summer schedule and the gondola will not start running in the evenings until 5:30 p.m. That will be the earliest we can take the gondola up to the top of the mountain. There will be a cocktail hour starting at 5:30 and dinner will be around 6:30.

Wednesday, July, 8th

8:00 p.m. – JH Rodeo in Jackson

Thursday, July 9th

During the day – Guys fishing trip
--Optional for any guys that want to fish – talk to Ryan about details

8:00 p.m. – Welcome to Jackson Hole Cocktail Reception
--E.leaven - 175 Center Street in Jackson
--Hosted by Dave and Jeanne Kennedy
--Casual attire
--Followed by a night out on the town


Friday, July 10th

11:30 a.m. – Bridesmaid Luncheon
--Sweetwater Café - corner of King & Pearl Streets in Jackson
--For bridesmaids and moms

Groomsmen Activity/Lunch
--Lunch and fishing on Gros Ventre River?
--Ryan to provide more details

4:30 p.m. – Wedding Rehearsal
--Slopeside Rendezvous Bar at the bottom of the gondola
--Wedding party and parents required
--Spouses and guests are welcome to join us and have a drink at the bar

5:30 p.m. – Rehearsal Dinner
--Bridger Gondola, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Teton Village
--Mountain-top BBQ and champagne toasts
--Very casual Western attire (bring a jacket)
--Take Bridger Gondola to the top of Rendezvous mountain (about an 8 minute ride)
--Gondola lift tickets to be provided


Saturday, July 11

11:30 a.m. – Bride and Bridesmaids Primping Party
-- Moose Creek Townhouses (TBD)
--Hair, make-up, champagne, lunch
_____ p.m. – Groom and Groomsmen Get Dressed and Ready (TBD)

3:30 p.m. – Coach starts transporting guests from Teton Village to Lazy Moose

5:00 p.m. – Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Sunday, July 12

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Farewell Brunch
