Last weekend, Ryan and I took Mac to his first football game.
Our hometown team has been doing pretty well lately - they've won 2 of 4 games! TWO! That's already as many games as they won ALL LAST YEAR. Maybe that's not saying much, but it's big news around these parts. No, not as big as the Cards making the Wild Card, but pretty big. Ok, a little big. Whatever.
Ryan and I hadn't been to a game in ages, so it was a treat for us as well.
Our seats were great - about 12 rows from the field, behind the end zone.
Mac absolutely loved the game and had a great time. He loved all the action, all the people and the cheering. Every time the crowd would cheer, he'd squeal right along with them, like he knew what he was doing. He also loves being the center of attention, so he was putting on "the Mac show" for everyone around us by singing and kicking, blowing bubbles and smiling at all the women. He's such a flirt.
He only had one little episode of fussiness. We went out to the hall, he snuggled into my neck and fell asleep while I walked him around the concourse. After a quick 15 minute power nap, he was back to being a fun happy baby. I think he even watched the game.
The game was actually great. Our kicker is a total badass. He set a Rams kicking record for longest field goat. That was pretty cool. The Rams were losing when we got there, but turned things around and ended up winning! Maybe our little Mac-Man is good luck?
Such a fun way to spend the afternoon.
We may have to go back soon.
We can't wait to see you guys this weekend! I want to snuggle that little boy of yours, and Alex says that he has some big boy tricks to show him. He asked to compare spit bubbles, too, but I told him that might not be polite at a wedding.
ReplyDeleteSo precious!! So glad he was such a trooper for his first NFL game!

ReplyDeleteLooks like fun! So...here's a weird question: Do you have to pay for a ticket for Mac?
ReplyDeleteLove this....a perfect afternoon family outing!

We've been trying to get tickets to a couple games around here, but I can't even begin to tell you how expensive NY Giants tickets are!! It's insane! So glad you guys got to take him together. Maybe he's their good luck charm! :)

When buying a sports car you need to assess what you want first but even more importantly you need to decide how it will fall into your San Diego Chargers Jerseys budget. Basically can Detroit Lions jerseys you afford to not only buy a sports car but can you run one?
If you take a look at your local newspaper to see where the local auction house is and when the next auction is. However a real life auction is pretty daunting and not for someone that is shy its is most definitely not for the faint hearted! Just like any other auction Cheap Nike NFL Jerseys whether it is online or in the real world it's a fast pace adrenalin fuelled place that is very stressful if you can I would advise to visit an auction a few times before you even attempt St. Louis Rams Jerseys to try and bid on something just to get an idea of how it works and how it falls into place. The only downside with offline auctions is you cannot test drive the car before you buy it so you need to have your wits about you and hope that its a good car.
