Mac at the Farm

There's one thing I'm for sure of, and that is that Mac is ALL BOY.  There's nothing he likes better than to be outside playing in the dirt...unless it's being outside riding on the golf cart.  Which is why he thinks my dad's farm is the greatest place on earth.
There are SO many rocks!
Did you know that an empty lemonade bottle and some rocks could provide hours of entertainment for a toddler?  Hours.
There are always dogs to chase the tennis ball.
Wheel barrows make great slides.
Wood piles are excellent jungle gyms.
Rocks and dirt taste delicious!
But golf cart rides around the farm with Grandpa are the highlight of the trip.
Mac likes to drive and make "vrooom vrooom" noises.
But he's also pretty content just going along for the ride.
He's already figured out how to make the golf cart work by turning the key and pushing the pedals.
(Also, please don't mind that he is wearing his shoes on the WRONG FEET.
My bad.  Mom of the Year, right here, people.)
Do NOT put the key in your mouth!
The only downside to weekends at the Farm is having to go home.

No worries, little guy.  We'll go back again soon.

  6. So stinkin' cute! I can see so much of you in him in the picture right after him eating the rocks & he is looking up. Boys are so funny with their love of all things boy. Our little guy loves the Ranger and especially when his daddy drives it fast. It freaks momma out of course!

  7. His blonde, curly locks are the SWEETEST. I love them & hope he never loses them! I also love his face of determination while working on those keys :)

Jaqs loves nothing more than being outside! She definitely loves her baby dolls, but yesterday I found her rocking a football in the cradle, so maybe that means she's well rounded! Ha ;)

  8. These are great! The shoes on the wrong feet are classic. My younger sister preferred it that way when she was 3.

  9. Haha I wasn't going to say anything about the shoes, although I did notice it in the wheelbarrow pic. We've all done it. :)

I love his little blonde curls!! Don't ever cut them!

D loves being outside too and has now taken to throwing tantrums when we bring him inside before he's ready. It's tons of fun, let me tell ya.

  16. Seriously I don't think there are words to describe the cuteness happening here today! His curiosity, his CURLS and even his cry (ok I did not mean to go with all Cs there but it works) is so adorable! Looks like he had oodles of fun with your dad! Great pictures (as always) but man what a cutie pie -- future heartbreaker for sure!!

  17. This pretty much mirrors our trips to Grandma and Grandpas! Right down to the rocks and 4-wheeler rides. :)
P.S. Those little curls of Mac's are about the most adorable things. Ever.
