Since I posted Mac's 3-year photo shoot this week, I figured it would only be fair to post Mim's 1-year photo shoot too. Once again, Kristie of L Photographie went above and beyond for this shoot! She spent hours filling her studio with 100 gorgeous gold helium balloons for Mim to play in. You should have seen Mim's eyes light up when she saw all the balloons! We did a couple photos of Mim in an adorable little dress with her bunny as she played in the balloons and then changed her into her cake smash outfit and let her go to town on the cake. Girlfriend did not disappoint! I was a little hesitant to do a cake smash photo shoot because I feel like it's way overdone, but I cannot get over the cuteness of these photos and I'm so glad Kristie convinced me to do this. We sat there cracking up as we watched her destroy this cake. She loved it and giggled the whole time and kept looking at me, like she was getting away with something she knew she shouldn't be doing. Again, another messy child to clean up, but so worth it!

Absolutely love this shoot! Those balloons are amazing and add such a fun touch. Mim's big bright eyes are beautiful. You can tell how happy she is about the balloons. And the cake, ha ha!! Love her headband!
